Job Title: Infrastructure Portfolio Manager; Senior Associate / Vice President

Headquartered in Seoul, NPS’s Invest Management is responsible for growing the cumulative assets of the fund and employs over 287 staff across 3 international offices.

The Challenge

NPS is currently seeking to expand its infrastructure investment functions based in Singapore with the addition of an experienced candidate (s) at Senior Associate to Vice President Level to the Singapore office. The successful candidate will be tasked with covering global alternative Investment markets.

Job Description

§   Monitoring/Researching market trend in relative asset classes, like major transaction, sector trend, players and issues, etc

§   Assisting relative team to identify and screen potential investment opportunities in  Pan-Asia and Australia/New Zealand

§   Assisting team to conducting preliminary assessment, financial analysis and business due diligence for fund and co-investment opportunities

§   Assisting to implementing/managing all aspects of due diligence, underwriting, and closing transactions

§   Responsible for preparation of prompt internal report/memo for post-acquisition

Requirements/Qualifications

• 4+ years working experience in Infrastructure investments and/or other relevant field in Pan-Asia
• A strong investment/advisory track record is required. Experience in managing exiting investments and other relevant experience would be regarded 
• High understanding of fund structure/terms, portfolio management, characteristics of the transactions and corresponding strategies, etc
• Strong financial modeling skills is mandatory
• Highly motivated team player, with strong work ethic and attention to detail
